OUR COMMITMENT AND PHILOSOPHY
WebSurveyResearch is a professional market research firm,
which adheres to CASRO (Council of Survey Research Organizations)
guidelines in protecting respondent confidentiality. We are
committed to maintaining the privacy of online and off line
panel communities. Your identity and the replies you give
to WebSurveyMD are completely confidential. All research reports
contain only aggregated, not individual, information about
the panel. In our long history, we have never violated our
sacred trust with physicians; the answers provided by physicians
have remained anonymous. WebSurveyMD maintains that tradition
by fiercely guarding your privacy. We never release individual
information about our panel unless the individual expressly
agrees to such disclosure. In addition, we do not "spam" or
send unsolicited commercial emails. Our panel is exclusively
"opt-in" and primarily gathered at the end of telephone interviews
to save your filling out forms. This shows our appreciation
of your valuable time.
WebSurveyResearch is in conformance with CASRO's Code of
Standards and Ethics for Survey Research (www.casro.org),
as well as the Marketing Research Association (MRA)'s Code
of Professional Ethics and Practice (www.mra-net.org). We
are also a leader in helping to found the Interactive Marketing
Research Organization (IMRO), a group dedicated specifically
to the issues affecting online marketing research. Please
read the following policy to understand how your personal
information will be treated when you participate in our research.
We will routinely review our privacy policy and security
features and enhance them as necessary.

INFORMATION
WE GATHER AND TRACK
WebSurveyMD gathers some personal and professional
information about our panel members when they fill out the
registration form and participate in surveys. Panel members
sign up at the WebSurveyMD.com website.
The WebSurveyMD.com website registration form and
surveys require panel members to provide us with contact information
(e.g. name and email address), demographic information (e.g.
zip code, age, specialty etc) and other information. We track
this information so we can send surveys that correspond to
panel members' qualifications and interests. We also summarize
information about the panel to develop statistics, ensuring
that the panel is representative of the physician population.
Finally, we use this information to pre-qualify panel members
for future market research reports that target certain physician
specialties and qualifications.
Contact information is used only to communicate with the
panel members when necessary. The communications that panel
members will receive from the WebSurveyMD will concern:
- Opportunities to participate in our surveys
- Information about the results of our surveys
- Communications about compensation
Panel members will only receive communication from any third
party if they opted to receive special offers, promotions,
coupons, savings or mailings related to his/her interests
at the WebSurveyMD.com website. Panel members may opt-out
of receiving mailings from us at any time; please see the
Opt-Out Policy section below.
INFORMATION
WE USE AND SHARE
Information is gathered about our panel members as part
of our Internet survey and research process. This information
is aggregated and analyzed in reports for our clients. Your
survey responses are valuable in guiding the development and
designing of products and services. Decision-makers, such
as officials in governments, pharmaceutical companies and
other organizations, use panel members' survey responses.
We never share or intentionally disclose personally identifiable
information to clients, partners, or any other third parties
without our panel members' explicit consent and permission.
Panel members will only be contacted regarding special offerings,
coupons, or mailings from our partners if they opted to do
so. WebSurveyMD will never release your email address
to any other person, company or organization without your
