TVG SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO EXCLUSIVELY USE WEBSURVEYRESEARCH FOR ON-LINE SURVEY RESEARCH

NEW YORK, December 15, 2000 - WebSurveyResearch announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with TVG, a longtime industry leader in healthcare marketing research. TVG will become a Charter Member of WebSurveyResearch and exclusively use the WebSurveyResearch panel of more than 6000 physicians when TVG performs survey research on the Internet.

Under the terms of the Letter of Intent, after WebSurveyResearch provides TVG with the appropriate training and sales information, TVG will immediately have access to their physician panel for performing marketing research. WebSurveyResearch will provide programming expertise to TVG, host the surveys on the Internet and then provide raw data to TVG. The questionnaire design and analysis of data will be performed by TVG. It is expected that TVG will start using the panel during the first quarter of 2001.
