TOTAL RESEARCH SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO EXCLUSIVELY USE WEBSURVEYRESEARCH FOR
ON-LINE SURVEY RESEARCH

NEW YORK, February 20, 2001 - WebSurveyResearch the premiere Internet survey company in the healthcare industry and Total Research, a longtime industry leader in healthcare marketing research announced today that they would work together to deliver online surveys to assess marketing research information from physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Under the terms of the Letter of Intent, Total Research will have immediate access to WebSurveyResearch's physician panel for performing marketing research. Total Research will perform the questionnaire design and analysis of data.

The agreement with Total Research will aid WebSurveyResearch with its plans to continue to develop the physician panel until it reaches the initial target size of 30,000 physicians. At that time we will reevaluate if the panel needs to be larger."
